Rui spent 16 years protecting the world’s tallest building - the CN Tower. His diverse range of Security, Life Safety, and Operations experience included responsibilities in all aspects of running the operation from high profile security events to developing award winning security and life safety programs for the CN Tower which included:
Some of his other accomplishments while at the CN Tower included the implementation of the first public use of walk through bomb detectors and the execution of High profile events such as the NATO minister’s reception during the Kosovo operation. He was responsible for the training of all staff in regards to Life Safety and Corporate Resilience, including a seasonal staff of 300 who would join the CN Tower for the summer every year.
Rui conducts site assessments with clients and property management firms. He is a key asset in servicing our client's by leading our team in the development and implementation of our emergency management programs. His dynamic approach and team building expertise allows him to create small, medium and large facility Critical Infrastructure Protection Programs.
Rui's recent successes include:
- The design and implementation of the Canadian Police Knowledge Network's "Infectious Disease and H1N1 Pandemic Preparedness Program" which serves our nation's finest police departments in Canada.
