Dan O'Connor

Dan is a lead consultant and in this capacity guides clients through the development and implemenation phases of emergency response programs

He is also a graduate of the United States Marine Corps Command and Staff College. He brings an international client base ranging from fortune 500 companies, the entertainment industry, professional sports leagues and a host of other industries and disciplines. Dan specializes in exigent leadership, emergency management, anti-terrorism, and pandemic planning. A retired United States Marine Officer, Mr. O'Connor has held various billets and positions throughout the United States and Overseas.

Dan has played a significant role in numerous high profile and critical assignments. Dan was the lead officer for response during and after the 9/11 attacks for the Marine Corps National Capital Region. He has participated in various advisory and participatory capacities to the 1996 Summer Olympics, 2002 Winter Olympics, and recently the 2004 Summer Olympic Games with regard to personnel, asset protection, information security, and physical security. He has consulted for four of the largest marathons in theUnited States. He has been recognized as a leader in the field of Emergency Management and is often a guest speaker and lecturer on leadership, pandemic preparedness, and crisis management internationally. The combination of leading Marines, large event management, organizational leadership, anti terrorism, and high risk experience makes Dan O'Connor one of the foremost authorities in this field.
